Archive

Shotlists can be archived by the shotlist owner via the Shotlist Options > General dialog.

Archival is non-permanent, you can "unarchive" a shotlist at any time.

Archived shotlists will be in read-only mode, this means that no changes can be made to any part of the shotlist itself. It is still possible to delete and unarchive the shotlist as well as add new collaborators.

Furthermore: archived shotlists will no longer be displayed on your dashboard but instead in the archive. You can access the archive from the dashboard by clicking on Archive in the bottom left of the sidebar or at the center of the screen just below the templates.

A shotlists archival status will apply to all collaborators: it will be read-only and hidden in the archive for all collaborators and the owner.

Archived shotlists still count towards your total shotlists, this means that if your account is in the "Basic" tier you will not be able to create a second shotlist. To create more than one shotlist you will need to upgrade to Shotly Pro.
